BUSINESS MANAGER

Susan

Meet our Business Manager, Susan! Without her, Hidden Vineyard wouldn’t be what it is today! She is the one in direct contact with our couples as soon as they book. Susan is a mom of two nature loving and energetic boys who love hiking, camping, and being outdoors. Susan has worked with Hidden Vineyard since the venue opened its doors almost 10 years ago. She loves the Hidden Vineyard property because of the way it showcases the beauty of nature from every angle—from the majestic Catalpa tree, to the vineyard, to the wildflowers, to the amazing sunsets reflected in the pond. When she is not engaging with Hidden Vineyard clients or planning an outdoor adventure for her boys, Susan enjoys traveling, cooking, Crossfit, and spending time with her amazing husband.

Amber

Meet Amber! She keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes at Hidden Vineyard. Amber has a background in Nursing and is a Certified Health Coach, Wife, and Mama of two precious daughters. She has worked with Hidden Vineyard for 7 years. Her favorite part of the property is the Catalpa tree. She enjoys being a part of the team at Hidden Vineyard because of the sentimental value it holds for her. She and her husband were the first couple to be married at the property before it was a wedding venue. After the wedding the owners decided to open it up to other couples. When not helping at the barn you can find Amber connecting with family and friends, doing yoga, studying women’s health, and educating and encouraging in all things health and wellness.

VENUE MANAGER

Kelsey

Meet our Venue Manager, Kelsey! She is your go-to for all things “wedding” and is here to help with all of the venue details that help your dream event come to life! Kelsey actually began her journey in the wedding industry with Hidden Vineyard back in 2013 when they first opened.  She then left for a short time in 2019 after starting her own company, White Dahlia and Co., a full-service wedding planning, design, and rental company here in Michigan.  Once she got her company up and running she returned to Hidden Vineyard to help manage the venue.  In other words, Kelsey is truly an expert in all things wedding!  When she’s not designing custom weddings or working closely with our couples, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her son and husband.  She loves traveling, anything pink, and everything creative. 

THE PERFECT PARTNERSHIP

We have partnered with the incredible White Dahlia & Co. team to handle the management of our venue facilities. This includes helping you create your table layout and scheduling/meeting with you for your final consultation a few weeks before your wedding (where we go over your table layout and the decor items you might want to borrow from Hidden Vineyard’s inventory).

You also have the option of hiring White Dahlia & Co. for planning, coordination, design and rentals.
